Have you ever imagined yourself falling for miles and miles? When you finally land, you are in a land of wonder, with no idea where you are or where you are going. This is what happens to Alice. Alice visits many rooms of wonder. She drinks soda to shrink, plays croquet with the queen of hearts, and throws a mad tea party with two annoying people. Everything is out of control, and Alice has no idea what to do. Will Alice ever be able to return to normal life?
This book is interesting because it contains everything you could possibly want and more! My favourite scene is when all of the crazy characters get together for a tea party. It’s funny because Alice is always angry with everyone. Alice is a great character because she can grow and shrink. This sounds like something I’d enjoy doing. I felt happy while reading this book because Alice made a lot of friends, angry because of all the horrible things that happened, and sad because all Alice wants to do is go home.
I recommend this book to kids ages 7 and up. It’s a thrilling adventure story!
