  •  Strawberries are not really a berry.

Just because it has the word ‘berry’ in its name doesn’t make it a berry. Berries are actually fruits with their seeds on the inside and a strawberry has 200 seeds that it holds on the outside. Those are the small white spots on the strawberry skin. But don’t worry, there isn’t a strawberry plant growing inside you. Strawberries are still juicy and tasty!

  • A pomegranate can hold 1000 seeds.

Did you know that a pomegranate can hold anywhere between 600-1000 seeds? If you like pomegranate and love the seeds, you have a lot of seeds to eat!
